Please what are the options there are not to get pregnant during the first 6 months or 1 year of marriage? What I am saying is if a man and his wife decide to start having children after a year into their marriage, what are the best medical options available (aside condoms) to use during this first year? Using another person's method may not be suitable for u so if you are naija based and don't have a doctor, I think u should walk into any nearest ppfn - Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria clinic (no appointment needed); all the contraceptive methods: pills, injections, etc., (at very reasonable cost) & nursing professionals are available and u can be immediately fitted with e.g., the coil (if it's best for you). They are all over the country but if u're in Lagos, there is a centre very close to the popular Aswani market.
