Its is important we have a personal relationship with God. I heard a lot of prophecies about this past election and what we should expect as outcomes but here we are. This should teach Christians more lessons.

Dont live your life based on the vision someone gave you. Know your God personally it is very important. Alot of lives have been destroyed as a result of inaccurate prophecies.

5he4e is no law in Nigeria..... Except if you're corrupt and pay your dues to a leading political party.

The ways Of God is far different from the ways of men. God don't do things the way people expect, He do things in his ways and whatever he says he will do, he will surely do.
In as much as not all acclaimed men of God are truly men of God, we as Christians should tune down the criticism of men of God. It shows we lack so much as Christians ourselves.

I only learn: leave politics to politicians.
As per prophecies, not all of them are wrong but the inexperienced prophets and enthusiastic young prophets that ridiculed themselves.

They don't understand prophecy and intricacies that go along with it.

There are prophecies for judgment and verity. There are some for information and action. If I were Tinubu and you come to give a prophecy against my wish, I will do everything possible to avert it.

Hezekiah was giving a prophecy about his death by a sharp shooter prophet, Isaiah. Hezekiah cried unto God. The prophecy was adjusted.
Nineveh was to be judged in the prophecy of Jonah. The king on Nineveh called for a fast, (Nineveh was a pagan nation as Tinubu is a Muslim with a Christian wife). Animals even fasted in Nineveh God adjusted the prophecy. Nineveh was later destroyed forty years later, possibly after the death of the sober monarch.
There are many more examples in the Bible.

What will cost Oluremi Tinubu to raise 2000 people from her church to intercede for her and her family asking for mercy?

Ignorant prophets make mockery of themselves!

Including GB?

Including GB?

The GB aren't operating a human government because their subjects willingly chose to submit themselves to the command the leader of their organization (Jesus Christ) laid down {Matthew 28:18-20} so unlike human governments where subjects are forced to obey rules God's organization today PREACH (PLEAD) with the subjects of God's Kingdom to reason with God's standards! Isaiah 1:18

When anyone rebel against the GB he or she will be excommunicated as punishment but if anyone rebels against human governments such a person will be killed (not even imprisoned)

Members of God's Kingdom arrangement don't force anyone to abide by the standards but human governments have law enforcement agents carrying weapons to force their laws on the people whether they like it or not.

Human governments are supposed to be chosen or elected y their subjects according to their system of government called "DEMOCRACY" but GB are selected by the spirit of our God, so while humans always think of changing their rulers periodically God's own chosen ones are permanent until they complete their earthly mission to join their brother and King Christ Jesus in heaven.

Human governments create barriers or boarders separating their subjects using tribe or geographical location. But God's organization instill in the minds of their subjects that they're all brothers and sisters so when human governments use their subjects as tools to fight for position GB protects their subjects teaching them to avoid killing or being killed.

I personally don't see in the scriptures say that God has/is not showing interest in human government. God is not interested in confusion. In a pride of lions, there's a leader. Termites has an organized colony. Is it human being, the epitome of His creation, that will be living in a chaos?

Since leaving the Garden of Eden, where Adam was the leader and the president and he continued his job as a leader.

As human civilization developed, ways and systems of government came into being for coordination, control, and and future vision to expand. These cardinal points are still what is done today in any organization including GB.

So severally, God has shown interest in human government.
Gen. 20: 2 - 20; 41; Jonah 1- 4, Daniel served under three different governments and used his prophetic office to help the governments.
He sent Elisha to anoint a king over another country.

Roman 13 tells us that every government is of God and His arm of control. About military and execution of hardened criminals, it is a form of control. Even in God's theocracy under Moses, judges and the king's of Israel, military and execution of bad citizens were enacted and executed.

You disfellowship people in your organization. You lack power to execute any errant members. You are everywhere under a human government here and there.

Yes, God has in his mercies given us the programme of events in prophecy for us to navigate our ways in difficult times and knowledge as a proof that He is in charge.
When in your analysis
and interpretation of the scriptures. The question is when did God start not showing interest in human government? Just when? Does He want an unorganized world system?

I think you interpretation is just to tout self righteousness.
God has interest in man and humanity. Although He, has planned to bring all human government to an end, before then He is still committed to us and all that call on him for any reason.
Years ago, General Gowon was holding prayers for Nigeria. I believe God answered our prayers. That's why Nigeria has not gone the way of Sudan. Some of us still pray for our nations. We believe He hears. He does hear.

God is forever interested in the affairs of men, administration of power and leadership. But as Nigerians we need a rethink. God still answer the prayers of faithful. But we pray so much for Nigeria but it seems the case is worsening. Remember the Bible mentioned sin as a an hindrance to prayers in Isaiah 59: 1-3

When God seems uninterested in any personality or nation, they should retrace their steps to where they sinned and cry for forgiveness. Alot of blood of innocent souls has been shed in this nation.

Isaiah 59:1-3
King James Version
59 Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

3 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

I agree with you totally.
Well-done Sir.

This thread is not so much of criticism but a call for personal relationship with God. We don't need any medium to hear from our father.
