Definition: Subsidy is a transfer of money from the government to an entity. It leads to a fall in the price of the subsidised product.

That means that government is paying subsidy for petrol and only few Nigerians uses petrol. If you don't have any business with petrol, you should not worry.

The only time you benefit from subsidy is when you buy subsidized products. Billions are paid everyday for the estimated number of Nigeria for petroleum subsidy.

Whether you have car or generator or whether you don't use fuel at all..the subsidy payment and removal affects all of us.

Cause once there is an increase in fuel pump price.. the prices of commodities around you will increase too.
