The explosion of estates in SE is something I have never seen before...

In recent years, there has been a massive influx of people back to the region.

The governors should proactively start now, in building wide roads to accommodate huge traffic that will come in very near future.

This is Crystal Garden Estate in Enugu...

Take time to watch the video, pause at 0.42 and see the huge land...being developed..and there are hundreds of such estate going on simultaneously across the the entire SE. This particular one is not even one for the richest guys...
