I've experienced that dispatch riders ride so fast. sometimes I wonder why. Are they being pursued or they have so much target to meet?
Whenever they get involved in an accident, it's usually fatal.
If possible, their speeds should be regulated. They're just too fast.

They are all mad people. One of them nearly killed me recently. Thank God I made it
