I am suprised that you should play illegality for legality. YOU KNOW there is a BINDING LAW in place on housing/property rental conditions in Lagos State yet you come to NaipaLand to ASK FOR 2 YEARS ADVANCE RENT. Do you know that you have implicated yourself aiding, abetting and encouraging illegality. If you are arrested what will be your alibi, legal reason etc for flouting the law?
