With the way the economy is biting hard in recent times, one wonders if landlords, agents and caretakers would increase the rent of houses. In places like Ibadan, Akure and ilorin one can see good 2-bedroom flats of 200k to 250k, good 3 bedroom flats of 270k to 320 k though without d agent fee and and all but in coming to Lagos so shocked a good 2/3 bedroom flat is rated as btw 400k to 550k. Nawaoo. How's d rent situation in other areas? Want to compare. |

Two bedroom apartment in Onitsha is between 300 and 400 thousand for new building. This is without ego oji ( kola nut money) |
