Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, compiling, documenting, organizing, presenting, and managing data to identify trends and patterns. Your role will involve making recommendations for business actions, client relationship management activities, and project management tasks assigned by senior team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.
2. Gathering business intelligence from various sources, including company data, industry reports, public information, and purchased sources.
3. Assessing market strategies by analyzing related products, sales, and market trends.
4. Conducting market research to identify target markets and technology trends.
5. Utilizing business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers.
6. Compiling and analyzing business intelligence to support actionable recommendations.
7. Identifying areas for operational improvement and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry and business trends through engagement with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
9. Summarizing financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
10. Assisting in client and vendor onboarding/registration activities.
11. Writing bids and preparing tender submissions.
12. Performing quality assurance and quality control on processes and procedures to eliminate bottlenecks.
13. Assisting in project management activities.
14. Performing other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, mathematics, business studies, or equivalent qualification/experience.
2. Membership in ACCA, NIM, NIMN, ACA, NSE, CIB, ACIA, ICSAN, or other relevant professional bodies.
3. Proven experience with programming for data analysis.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Access, or related software.
5. Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and facilitative skills.
7. Strong problem-solving, planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
8. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
10. Self-motivated, team player with a strong work ethic.
11. Creativity and innovation.
12. Customer focus.

Salary: ₦120,000 - ₦170,000 Monthly (based on experience)
