Nigerian filmmaker and producer, Zeb Ejiro (movie sheik) is accused of hijacking a business and properties of AUSO Entertainment Studios.

Dez Mayorz media gathered that the AUSO Entertainment Studios is an ex-cooperation company in the US, owned by Mr. Anthony Ubaka, a
US-based Nigerian citizen who solicited the help of Zeb Ejiro to launch and promote the studio in Lagos, Nigeria since the company is still new in the Nigerian Movie and Entertainment Industry; only for Zeb Ejiro to hijack the business to himself.

The reason why Zeb Ejiro wants to corner the business is still unknown as all the efforts to get to him were futile.
Zeb Ejiro in an interview with the Independent claimed the business ownership and said that he has expanded his coast with the new studio named AUSO Entertainment Studios in Surulere, Lagos.

He is accused of defrauding the company and using the company's equipment to shoot movies.

Evidence of ownership is already with the company's hired lawyers, secretaries, and the Nigerian police in Lagos.

Statements made by witnesses are pointing out that the equipment belongs to the company and Ejiro Zeb turned over to keep the equipment and the company's properties and uses the equipment for his aggrandizement.
