I am considering a physical/real world asset investment this year and an hostel has come up a few times. Location is Ogun state but I suppose it shouldn't change much.

I was wondering if this still makes any sense or I save my money to do some other business ( restaurant in Lagos? )? If you have done something like this before or have ideas, would love to hear them out.

Things like cost, profitability, how hard is the business to manage amongst others?
