The practice of promoting products, services, or brands through various digital platforms and technology is known as digital marketing. It includes a variety of activities targeted at reaching and engaging the target audience via online channels. As more individuals spend time online and use digital gadgets, digital marketing has become increasingly vital in today's technology-driven environment.

Among the most common digital marketing methods and tactics are:

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Increasing organic (non-paid) traffic by optimising websites and content to rank higher in search engine results pages.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is the practice of running paid adverts on search engines such as Google, generally via pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, in order to attract targeted traffic to a website.

Social media marketing (SMM) is the use of social media platforms like as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to raise brand awareness, communicate with customers, and drive traffic to a website.

material marketing is the process of creating and distributing valuable and relevant material, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, in order to attract and keep an audience and eventually drive profitable customer action.

Email marketing is the practice of sending targeted emails to a list of subscribers in order to sell products, provide useful information, nurture leads, and establish customer loyalty.

Affiliate Marketing: Working with affiliates to drive traffic or sales to a company's website through their promotional activities.

Advertising on various online platforms, such as websites, mobile applications, and social media, employing formats such as banners, pop-ups, and video advertising.


Mobile marketing refers to the optimization of marketing activities for mobile devices, such as mobile-friendly websites, smartphone apps, and SMS (text message) marketing.

Analytics and Data-driven Marketing: Tracking and measuring the efficacy of marketing initiatives using data and analytics technologies, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing marketing tactics.
