Lol. Imagine you collect loan from govt and you Kon get opportunity to japa. How will you go. The law says after graduation or can you refund before graduation. Very soon you will pay tuition When the loan becomes unbearable govt will cease to give it. Citing one story Then you have to pay the tuition. Never trust a drug baron. |
