This program prepares you for an exciting career in hospitality industry, its operations and as well as the management which are the important spheres of this sector. Gastronomy today has reached new heights therefore the focus of this course will be a dual approach of global business practices, F&B principles and fine dining trends. This is a two years course that includes six months of theory studies and six months of industry internship each year.

An MBA in Hospitality also makes a student to adapt in fast-changing world of hospitality and its skills to managing a luxury hotel and conform to new trends related to this field.
At this course, students are taught more than the basics of culinary and cooking. They are taught to create a world-class menu that adapts to the current trends, nutrition and science of healthy foods, the essentials to hiring a sous-chef and the team, calculating the cost of each dish and to sourcing sustainable produce.
This course prepares students to get experience on the financial side of running a restaurant and polishes their acumen in this sphere. On successful completion of two years of Masters Course student will earn 120 ECTS Credits
