Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement intercepted illicit drugs hidden in a travel bag at the airport leading to the arrest of two drug kingpins operating from outside Nigeria.

The Director, Media & Advocacy of the agency, Femi Babafemi, disclosed this in a post shared on his Facebook page on Sunday.

He shared a video of how the operatives of the agency recovered the illicit drugs hidden in the bag and wrote, “#ndlea_nigeria officers again displayed their interdiction
prowess in the arrest of two drug kingpins operating from outside Nigeria in a clinical operation that jolted the cartel following the interception of the meth consignment revealed in this video at Lagos airport.”
