This is what they should have done instead of all those ill thought out bans.

am not sure this news is true, if okada is been registered it means the ban will be removed, constain to cms now record high level of accident of okada in lagos but FRSC is never bordered about that. now is to regalise okada and registered creating more hazard.

if Lagos is really serious let them create a separate okada road so that the menace of accident will be reduce.

Even in developed countries....last mile commuting is still an issue....u sometimes have to walk several mins to link the nearest station to ur house.


Innovations like keke, kerosene and bikes, if properly managed is great for last mile

Okada should be phased out, those small buses can enter everywhere, these should be regulated, forget about okadas. Lagos should be going forward, the governor clearly said okada riding will be phased out, why retracing steps?

Lagos is really confused on the matters concerning Okada (Motorcycles)... one day they ban them, next they introduce a new form of identification and next time again, they are banned.. Which one is the new digital identification again, will it rid lagos of the nuisance and security threat to constitute?

travel outside d country n u will know they also do it, with this agberos will fade away n police won’t b able to collect bribe again cos they can get your details by mere checking out your plate n registration number

So if u bribe one officer, u will still meet over 10 officers who will demand d same from u so it will b reasonable to do the right thing n once u know u are highly traceable u will not want to go into crime

We must urgently stop the influx of miscreants migrating to Lagos under the pretext of doing okada business. Improve all inner roads give Lagosians hire purchase deals on keke marwa and korope buses. Good at least this will help. Wanted to introduce this to Kwara state but they are quite backward in terms of IT so I kept quiet. If they have the information of all okada riders this will help. They will be forced to get NIN and their record will be on database this will be able to help trave criminals amongst them.
