There are some great tips here , so huge thanks for that guys.
I am trying military diet these days https://betterme.world/articles/7-day-military-diet-plan/, at the moment on day 3 and honestly thought that it is going to be more difficult. So far i didn't have any strong cravings, sleep problems etc etc. The only thing which is kinda tricky - to have a dinner with the whole family and stare at them eating all the "goodies" which i love.
