This half baked lawyers that have no sense, claimed she is not aware of the Nigerian constitution with respect to the fact that dual citizenship is recognized in the Nigerian constitution and did not disqualify a candidate for contesting for an office except the office of the President. She even implicated herself by disclosing a US confidential information about Hamzat.

You lie.

He is a Nigerian by birth and not naturalisation. He has right to be elected since he is a Nigerian by birth. You cant deny him this right. That is the position of the constitution
The constitution denied him that right, not me. It's clearly written.
I won't argue with you on this.
Let the courts decide...

you are the quake here, check supreme court judgement between Bassey Otu (current governor of cross River state) Vs PDP before the election, according to supreme court once you are born in Nigeria you are a citizen not withstanding if you take citizen of another country as far as you did not renounce your Nigeria citizen, you are qualified for election, Gbadebo and his lawyers are too full to bring this to tribunal it wouldn't stand
I won't argue with you on this.
The constitution is clear on this matter.
Let the courts decide...

My brother the law is an ass. This line of thought was explored when they PMB was looking for how to nail Saraki who holds a dual citizenship. It was because there is a lacuna in our constitution that Saraki escaped. Aodoanka the former Attorney General of the federation and many other learned Silks have argued this issue in the past.
There is no lacuna. Saraki is a US citizen by birth and did not acquire it voluntarily which involves renunciation of allegiance to Nigeria.
