Tinubu himself does not look sound, listen to him talk, you would imagine if this is the smart politician everyone looks up to, and they claim made first class in a United States university, what I know he knows how to do, is keeping contacts and knows how to build relationships and help people in needs.

What is bad about that message that obidients and obi-idiots are dancing about? The speeches he had given in the pasta even without carrying paper, were they not fantastic? He is the newest among the world leaders, he may be exempted for that or just prefer to send delegate . What can 3rd class Obi do better than him? If Obi were to be there, he will only be telling world leaders to "go and verify" or "mark my word" instead of delegating if not prepared

So he wasn't prepared? Great. And why is Obi mentioned in your write up? Is Atiku not a potential? What is this obsession with Obi

"What sort of a President goes all the way to France for a convention, prepares to give a speech then suddenly delegates the task to a representative?

What this means is that they can no longer control his lucid and coordinated moments as well as they want to.

This is less than one month into power.

Yet, they will be looking for eight years."

Jagaban of borgu. The leader that invented team work model. He knew he will send a representative to speak on his behalf even before he was born. He saw it all and planned it all. Jagaban, the leader with a master stroke.

Peter Obi performed, if you go to the state where he governored, rather it's Tinubu that did not perform as a governor of Lagos state way back, it was Fashola that did the main work you see today in Lagos, Tinubu will always claim it's his idea, but give and take it's Fashola that did the finishing.

...but give and take it's Fashola that did the finishing.

Let me ask, who brought and groomed Fashola? Who imparted him with wisdom? Lagos State from 1999 till date is running on a master plan designed by the Jagaban himself. He didn't have all the time to execute his plans. Brought in Fashola and guided him the right way. As you have agreed, Fashola did the finishing and performed well. After Fashola, Ambode came in but he wanted to "fail," bringing shame to the Jagaban. The party changed him. The next man came in, did the 1st term, followed the masterplan, obeyed the master, performed well and is retained for a 2nd term.

If you remove hate from your heart, you will be able to see that the "wise is wise because he walks with the wise."

We saw all this with late Umaru Yardua. Its sooo sad that we are repeating it again. A fit and healthy Tinubu would actually be a good president. He's got the brains and the vision and the tough character. The problem is he's not fit, he's clearly got early stage parkinsons (hence the shaking) The medication to control that also has side effects. Hopefully we can get through 4 years and then step down, having achieved his life long ambition

They are not fools.
You're just being emotional & myopic.

They are different form of expressing intellect/IQ,and it's not just limited to interpersonal relationship intelligence.
They are all unique in their own ways, from mathematics to music ,and from music to sounds etc,and the ability to communicate those is foundational in our everyday endeavours.

Personally, ability to communicate is one of the most expressive forms of intellect/IQ.

You have also forgotten that the same HE peter Obi went on to study further & expand his horizon.

Yes Tinubu has health challenges but he is nowhere near as debilitated as Stephen Hawkings who was director of research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology at the prestigious and premier University of Cambridge till his death.

What Tinubu has to do is work fast, never waste even a second, and genuinely empower ordinary Nigerians with executive, constitutional and legislative reforms the wicked and evil enemies of Nigeria will not be able to reverse once delivered.

For example, security is sacrosanct. Tinubu should work to defeat insecurity permanently by giving all regions the total freedom and latitude to protect themselves optimally.

If State policing will be expensive, since many Nigerian States are struggling, then he must bring in regional policing that is affordable for every region of our nation and would instantly defeat what Buhari created where, as a painful example, Fulani herdsmen militia, including those not even Nigerian, caused havoc across the South and our nation raping, maiming and killing innocent Nigerians.

Those sort of things should not be happening when we can bring in reforms to end them.

Serious, progressive and peace-loving regions can secure themselves optimally without a compromised presidency tying their hands, while empowering their assailants, as Buhari did.

It is an awful aberration, and a failed state index, that illiterate and savage herdsmen, from all over Africa, can be armed with AK47, prohibited by Nigerian law, while I struggle to legally gain a licence that will allow me to own a pump-action shotgun.

These are the sort of things Tinubu has to move quickly to rectify. They are not Rocket Science issues and the President Nigeria needs does not have to be a genius.

I think he/she just need to be a fairly intelligent, authoritative and well-supported leader who will 'go there' to free Nigeria from evil people who want billions in the bank while most Nigerians do not even have 1k in their account.

I personally can follow such a leader to any level, for the sake of my children and generations unborn, because , as Martin Luther King Jr put it, “If you’ve got nothing worth dying for, you’ve got nothing worth living for.”

Tinubu is aware of his own mortality also. That is why he is giving Nigeria the 'tough love' leadership he knows will liberate us and unlock our potential long after he is gone.

Awolowo's leadership continues to speak for him after death. Kwame Nkrumah's Akosombo hydro-electric dam continues to be a mainstay solution for Ghana's electrification today long after he left this world.

What lasting and 'teach a man to fish' transformational solution can OBJ, Jonathan and Buhari claim to have delivered in comparison to the Awolowos and Nkrumahs of Africa?

The West is only better than Africa because they plan for the better and improved existence of civilisation across generations, and beyond the life of any individual, while Africans only care about today and fail to understand the concept of how we will all depart this world meaning the greatest gift we can deliver is to leave our geographical spaces in better shape for those coming after us.

I believe that is Tinubu's mindset he does not even need more than 3 years to achieve if well-supported by Nigerians and the world.

We understand President Tinubu will be giving a speech

There won't be speech from the President. We thought he would be part of a panel discussion but a rep was sent instead.

When you are all about fake news and find yourself irrelevant in the credible news media landscape, you start saying things like, we understand and we thought, assumptions doing basic journalistic leg work and going after credible news and facts from the horse's mouth are two different things.

They were never told or informed per the president giving a speech,m they obviously formulated their own fake news narratives and end up with embarrassing rubbish like we thought, we understood.

See how they couldn't even basic insight like who informed them and when.

Arise is really a disaster.

Btw, delegation is obviously a strange concept to many ignorant and unexposed people in Nigeria including the people at Arise.

This is why President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) remains the best and the most competent and successful leader in the history of Nigeria.

And I said, "one of the truest measures of intelligence is understanding and mastering relationship." Your rating might not be the same as mine but you're still correct. As a leader, it's better to know how to manage followers than just "sweet-talking." Great leaders are not always so good in taking. Talk less, do more.

Yes, everything isn't politics but building people.

We all need to watch him and challenge him when he falters or does wrong but also support him when he is doing the right thing in the interest of Nigerians and their generation unborn.

A lot can be achieved in even 2 years. This is why I considered it a big victory , as big as Tinubu's presidential win, that Akpabio defeated Yari to become Senate President.

The complexities of Nigerian governance means only a President who has a supportive legislative arm will do well.

I will personally challenge the government of Tinubu to deliver restructuring, regional policing and, most importantly, much greater devolution of power towards States and regions of Nigeria because the main problem with Nigeria is the winner-take-all structure of our politics that means anyone who becomes the President can lead a diverse nation in the direction they want without recognising our different needs and outlook.

As an example, we should no longer tolerate a President who, because he is Fulanis, has a sentimental attachment to a nomadic 'free movement for all' and vagrant "no going back on grazing route" model of life that actually makes crime fighting very difficult because itinerant and savage Beninoise, Chadian or Malian indiciduals can come into Nigeria today, kill 30 Nigerians, and be out of Nigerian tomorrow.

Porous borders, non-biometric and undocumented movement of people, goods and weapons, plus an overall loose security architecture, that Buhari supported because he wants all Fulanis worldwide to view Nigeria their home, is needlessly costing Nigeria heavy loss of lives and property.

It should be Nigeria for Nigerians. Nigeria for Nigerian Fulanis alone not Sudanese or Mali Fulanis. Nigeria for Yoruba Nigerians alone and not Togo or Beninoise Yorubas.

That is why I love Tinubu's fighting talk that Nigeria is no longer going to be father Christmas to other African nation to her own detriment.

We must all now hold Tinubu to account to give every region the latitude to live and make progress as they wish.

Me for example, as a Yoruba, would want a SW where security is modernised with emphasis on DNA and biometric database detection and prevention of crime.

Today, in Western nations, killers and rapists are been brought to book for crimes they committed decades ago because of advancement in DNA technology.

When are we going to get to that level in Nigeria if we keep getting Presidents who cannot simply be a force for good plus disciples of best world/global standards and wants everything to be in the model they are sentimentally attached to?

If we can be good followers and uncompromisingly make the right demands on our President then I believe Nigeria will become a wonderful nation Nigerians would be proud to live in.

The solutions required are not as complex as the average Nigerians think . We simply need to know these solutions and insist they are delivered.

As my own contribution, I am in the process of convening a registered and formal 'Good governance'
think tank of Nigerian and diasporan based individuals, across Nigerian ethnic groups, to constantly lobby the government on delivery of pivotal solutions.

We will protest when the need arise and, most importantly, have online and press presence to let Nigerians know the demands we are making of government and hopefully get them to always support us in ensuring government is always under pressure to deliver.
