Job Title: Survey Administrator (Research Associate)

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Survey Administrator (Research Associate). As a vital member of our team, you will conduct in-depth interviews with individuals from diverse sectors, gathering valuable data and insights to address important challenges and drive improvements within our company. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work from your preferred location.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured one-on-one interviews with individuals from various backgrounds, following established guidelines and protocols.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data by asking thorough questions and actively listening during the interviews.
- Accurately and efficiently document interview responses, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the data.
- Explore critical issues and challenges faced by interviewees to obtain valuable insights and potential solutions.
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze interview data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries based on interview findings, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards throughout the interview process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Attend team meetings and provide progress updates on assigned projects.
- Assist with other research-related tasks and initiatives as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
- Currently serving as a Corp Member or recentlu deployed for NYSC.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and effectively engage interviewees.
- Excellent active listening skills to extract relevant information and uncover underlying issues.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple interviews and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Proficiency in using interview protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency in data collection.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and patterns in qualitative data.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and data entry software.
- Prior experience in conducting interviews or data collection is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Strong ethical conduct and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
