He/she will be responsible for generating leads,developing relationships with clients, and closing deals in the highly competitive real estate market.

LOCATION: Ikeja Lagos state.

SALARY RANGE: #100, 000 + Commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and timely information about properties.
* Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve targets and improve overall performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
