In Nigeria, someone that can't give you 1 million for business will use 3 million to sponsor you to Mecca/Jerusalem so that you can put on a white wrapper, throw stones at satan, circle a big stone seven times, and kiss a stone only to come back to your iya ati ise (suffering and penury).

Even Ijoba (government) that can't pay staff salary dey sponsor some negros to the Arabian peninsula just to perform all these rituals.
