My 2009 Toyota Camry LE 2009 4 cylinders consumes fuel more that it should. Please can our noble car gurus here help me with any advice

How do you know it consumes more fuel than usual? How many miles does a full tank cover?

I got a full tank, and it went to empty when it hit 383 Miles

Edmunds says your car has a practical range of 388.5 miles for a full tank of city driving. So your car's fuel consumption is spot on.
