We are E-commerce company in Nigeria just like ( Jumia and Konga ) and We are looking to hire a resourceful Sales Representative to join our passionate team in Ikorodu, Lagos.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for confirming customer orders through WhatsApp
-Assigned orders to delivery agents
-Follow-up customers that place orders until closure.
-To meet/exceed the sales goals set by management.
-Update & track orders status using CRM software

Requirements
-A minimum of OND
-The ideal candidate must reside within Ikorodu
-Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
-A commitment to excellent customer service.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with CRM practices.
-Must of basic knowledge of how to use a computer
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be fluent in English
-Have the ability to build productive business professional relationships
