If you read between the lines, you would have known that the appointment was not based on merit nor contested for but a slot given to Nigeria to fill and she was opportune to filled the slot by virtue of her position as the minister of finance and she nominated herself to fill the slot

I hope they do performance evaluation in that place cos she is one of the worst dullars in this point in time in the whole wide world. If they follow performance tracking or evaluation, she will not even smell the appointment letter.

In other words, it's more or less a political appointment and not based on merit. You get into that position if you are an ex-finance minister in your country and in the good books of your President (Political connection). Did you read the report at all? She was nominated which she could have done by herself, as the openings letter was received by her. Buhari even approved it.
