President Tinubu is a man I highly respect and like so much. I was one among many who committed our huge resources, time and much more to ensure that Nigeria didn't miss the chance to have the kind of exceptional quality leadership Tinubu could offer to this country that would spur remarkable economic growth and unprecedented national development like we have never seen before in Nigeria.

This is desperately needed at this time, especially after Nigerians had suffered 8 years of an unbelievable calamitous regime in the administration of this country led by that incredible failure called Buhari. If there was someone with the magic hand to quickly and systematically turn things around for the better permanently, it was definitely a visionary like Tinubu, not a profiteering self-enriching politician like Atiku and most definitely not Peter Obituary, who doubles as both an IPOB terrorists candidate and leader of the social media bandits who call themselves Obidîots undecided

While with the actions taken so far, it is getting clearer by the day that the wonderful majority of Nigerians made the best choice of electing President Tinubu. We are already witnessing a Leadership catalyst in the system trying to ignite an economic boom again, just within 2 months. This is highly commendable.

However, it must be stated and publicly declared for the world to see that it is not enough for the President to simply stop the haemorrhage of public funds for public service to the masses being siphoned through the veins of various subsidies programs by the exceptionally corrupt agents of government and their accomplices in the private sector.

President Tinubu must as a matter of national urgency, set up a dynamo system that will effectively cut down the unbelievably overbloated costs of governance by the federal government of Nigeria that has grown over the years. President Tinubu must move the FG of Nigeria from the direction of being an insatiable glutonous monster that devours all available funds it can access at the expense of national growth and development and to the consistent detriment of its citizenry. President Tinubu must tweak or remake the federal system from a system of free up/ generating more funds in the system for government executives to continue living in extreme largesse and super-luxury without accountability and/or parity with the true economic reality of the country and the politicians to embezzle.

President Tinubu must effectively immediately brainstorm and implement a sustainable system that will trim and curb Federal Government expenses to necessities only, and not frivolities. And he must begin with himself. A President doesn't need billions in feeding expenses yearly, or 10 presidential jets.

President Tinubu must set the precedence that he is different from all the spendthrift Presidents we have been having since 1999, and the worst of them all being Buhari. He must show that he is cut from a different cloth from these wasteful gluttons of our commonwealth. Failure to do this and is it more than certain that President Tinubu will be a one-term president if he chooses to operate with the same system of government wastefulness left behind by his predecessor Buhari

You supported a man who has no history of cutting cost of governance when he was in office many years back and now you want that man to cut cost.

Is like buying a toy gun and wanting to shoot real bullets.

Nah your region sha. Today Bayelsa is the richest and the poorest state in South South. This is why, U and ur people have no sense.

Hopefully Delta and Edo will find better leaders that will move their regions forward. Nigeria can burn, I don't care.

All these noise about over-bloated cost of governance makes no sense when you consider that our budget size is way too small for our population size. Its almost ridiculous in comparisons with countries with either similar population or GDP size; the focus should be on significantly improving revenue and investing same in health, education & infrastructure to achieve higher income for our people.

Tinubu can never loose any election in this country weather he performed worst than Abacha, statistics don't work in this country. They only thing is just keep his loyal and trusted friends closer and feed them well to chain them that's all. May be in future replace mamod with one of his southern ally for a perfect rigging. Tinubu is not Buhari that can not install his choice successor or Jonathan that can not give himself a second term. Tinubu is a master of strategist second to non.

Tinubu cannot lose any election in Nigeria because he will NEVER organise free and fair elections.

Tinubu is far from a good person. There's a reason he lost the election in his backyard (Lagos). Those who live in Lagos know him better than Nigerians who live elsewhere in the country.

It's not about if the president and vice use 3 billion for this or that.
The issue is:

The money them buhari borrowed to advance the country, was it used for that?

The monies being allocated for health, sports, pension, etc are they being utilised for them?

Are our oil dividends rightly used for the country?

Is it because of the president, vice and legislators budgets that we cud not go to the world cup?

Was it because them buhari used billions for their upkeep that our health and education system is in tatters?

Money from oil, what are states like bayelsa, akwa ibom, delta , rivers, edo etc using then to do? Are they using them well?

What are states like zamfara, yobe, jigawa doing with funds ?

Are our states where they ought to be?

Why use abachas money to pay the poorest people when we can use it to repair our refineries?

Why haven't we been able to repair our refineries and give out licences to other companies or people to import fuel? Why only nnpc?

These are the issues.

Don't u think that if monies meant for anything were gotten and used for it, we won't be where we are?

Every President of Nigeria is always heavily criticised, and truely so because most of them are stupid. Tinubu is working on an option that is required to ensure survival of the country and many people will die due to the hardship it will cause. There is nothing he can do. Survive how ever you can.

But Nigeria will be better for it and those who will survive will be restored.

Thunder fire Obi...He did nothing for us

Gerrout it's very obvious that you're a soludo lackey, you live in ukpo that's a very nice developing town and still talk down on Anambra state.

I lived in Awka while growing up, Obi built and dualised ziks Road, from amawbia to nkwo amaenyi and beyond with street lights, built inner roads of awka even the one that pass directly infront of our compound then.

Obi upgraded teaching hospital awka, my school was rebuilt, the primary school I went got new face lift with new desk and chairs for the pupil, my secondary got computer laboratory with palmtops computer system, chemistry and biology lab was upgraded...my school got one school bus that obi gave to all the schools in Anambra state.

Igwebuike grammar school, st john of God girls secondary school and amaenyi girls secondary school got additional school bus for their academic excellence.

I'm telling you what happened before my very own eyes no be dem say, so whenever you want to talk about obi, find someone who's not familiar with him and table your lies.

BTW, which state are you?
