Location: Ikoyi, Lagos State.

1. Position: Marketing Manager

Position summary:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on digital marketing initiatives, including online advertising, social media management, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, you will utilize your creativity and strategic thinking to execute offline promotional activities that effectively engage our target audience.


General responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, both digital and offline, to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.

Create compelling content for various digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and present key insights and recommendations to senior management.

Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and creative services, to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Oversee the planning and execution of offline promotional activities, such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze customer behavior, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.


Requirements and skills:

B.Sc. in Marketing, or its related fields.
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in similar roles.
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.
