so its back to the 'Cindy loper' look ,with bright reflectors that remind you of a colourful kiddies party.

a bright fuschia pink top with a nice deep blue mini skirt.

or a lemon green mini dress (snug fit) and accessorize with large orange coloured belt .

one just has to be careful with these kind of colours .find a neutral colour of an accessory to balance the over all look of the outfit,other wise . . . GRAB YOUR SUN GLASSES! lol lol smiley

I love bright colors tongue

Some dark people don't like to wear them but i do. I like the contrast with my complexion.

yea,i have friends who say they can't wear bright colours cos they are dark in complexion,i wonder why.

i think the challenge is finding a way to balance the colours of the outfit.
you could use accessories,jewelries etc. to pull it off.

well,for me i can put on any thing in any colour,Bring it on.
