Adams Smith-If the fruits of economic development are not shared by all, that is "morally unsound",as well as a threat to social stability. In Nigeria our political system is "ethno-centric".

Mumu people! Yet to strike, no liver...

I know they will hide behind court order to not strike.

Gone are the days when labour leaders had the balls to defy court orders and embark on strike.

If they declare strike today, how many Nigerians will agree to join them?!!

Some regions will even frustrate the strike by siding with the government out of ethnicity!

So what are you gonna do about it? Ginger like you want to go on strike then hold "closed door meeting" and go home smiling while the poor continue to soffocate?

It's foolhardy to deride the NLC and refer to them as toothless bulldogs knowing that they are being restricted by the courts from taking any action with regards this fuel price increase. The federal government is the weapon fashioned against poor Nigerians.

Does the so called FG obey court orders?

Nonsense

Imagine a democratic President saying the only way for the country to be better is for the people to sacrifice and become poorer for some period of time because he has plans. While him and his family and public office holders are getting richer. Obviously, He does not know what he is doing.

With all the Buhari Naira scarcity sacrifice to have a free and fair election, yet here we are in court fighting.

Why do we have agencies for God sake?

I doubt if Chinese sacrificed their well being to reach where they are today. Instead they heavily invested in their Education.

Must sacrifices be in monetary term?
Our problem is not money but mismanagement of it.

The fact that we are importing petrol is a huge blow on us in the first place as Nigerians

We removed subsidy because some people are stealing our fuel. Why do government pay security personnels with taxpayer money? Just imagine the huge retirement plan for outgoing chiefs without doing nothing.

That is not new.

Even when there was occupy Nigeria in 2014, many Nigerians sided with the government of GEJ.

Nigeria has always been like that.

They don't need the entire 200 million Nigerian people to join them.

Even 5 million people Nationwide are okay to make a statement and paralyze and shut down government activities.

Simply put, this NLC is a toothless dog.

They are not ready to strike.

Nonsense

The federal government can act with impunity because they control power. They can't because they are subject to the law.

Being a 'BATist' in election matter does not mean being blinded to harsh economic realities, and demanding or protesting for amelioration.
