When will African men be independent and self-reliant? China is not going to develop Africa, they will do what they are contractually obligated to do. I can see African men exchanging priceless resources for basic things like buildings and bridges. African men need to develop their own continent. We have everything we need on that continent. Ukraine should be a lesson. That the West can become unstable leading to instability in weaker regions like some parts of Asia and Africa.

Well said.. but we are who we are, self unaware and seeking validation from every other race with a lighter skin shade.
But these people are not charitable in any way. They'll make a good profit for every transaction with you, and they know the African man's nature much better than you and me.
So we may continue to get the short end of the stick as long we don't see ourselves in a different light.
