KINGKONG: Indeed. But the question is does the Judiciary have enough pride to resist being 'ridden'. Because one cannot be respected beyond one's respect for himself. Few care about their institutions, their jobs, their professions. Money first, sentiment next and then perhaps professionalism a distant third. |

The witch hunt against Ganduje will not stand. During his time as Governor, he performed 100% better than All 5 South East states combined. A man who built Kano state to greatness. A man who increased kano state IGR from 11billion to 260billion per year. A man who built model primary and secondary schools A man who built world class hospitals, Roads, bridges, flyovers. A man who increased kano state civil servants minimum wage. A man who never owed civil servants A man who awarded 3million kano indigenes scholarship both home and Abroad. God bless our Judiciary for upholding the Rule of Law. |

this is just public disturbance, and nothing may likely come out of this matter. 1. there is no proof that the money in question is a bribe or kano state government money. 2. no official report before the video at the efcc or police 3. if it was a bribe, who gave it? by law both the giver and receiver are laible. if those who masterminded the video had wanted to nail the governor without escape, they should have reported the matter at the police station or efcc and the security agent would have guided the act of the video making, and by now nobody needs to remind them to do their job especially now that the governor no longer have immunity of office. this is one of the ways politicians rubbish our security and judicial system |
