Are you worried?
Are you depressed?
Do you feel confused on the right decision to make?
Then you're on the right thread.

Before now, I was a kind of person that worry too much not until my husband recommended this book to me - "How to stop worrying and start living" by Dale Carnegie and I wish to share.

This book contains biographies of people who learnt how to stop worrying and start living.

I recommend this book for those who worry alot.
I will just list two steps to follow and watch your life change and list the rest later.

How to stop worrying:

1. Shut the iron doors on the past and the future and live in the present.
"Take no thought for the morrow; for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself."
"This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."

2. Apply the magic formula for solving worry situations 👇
- Ask yourself, What is the worst that can possibly happen?"
- Prepare to accept the worst if you have to
- Then calmly proceed to improve on the worst. i.e think of the solution to your problem if any.
Write it all down and act accordingly.

I have just brought out just two from the book, in our subsequent classes, we will look at more.
