Have you tried getting in touch with those registered Transport Companies. I mean the registered, known transport companies Ooo. Not just any transport company.

Ask if they're willing to do such. before approaching them, ensure you've got a cage to secure the dog. That would reduce their fear, and give them more assurance the Dog would pose no danger.

With that, you pay for a Sit, and that should be all. The security, and safety of the Dog would now be on the Company/driver.

Alternatively, just get someone you know who would Travel from Abuja to Lagos, then come back again. This would cost you more but that's what I could think of right away

Simply meet a carpenter to construct a wooden cage for you, then put the dog inside and lock the cage and proceed to the park then pay the waybill fare, send the drivers number to the person who will pick the dog in Lagos
