BUYING A HOUSE BECOME LIABILITY WHEN IT DOES NOT GENERATE INCOME
In buying a house, liability and asset is present in the property.

What is liability?
Liability is anything that takes way money from your time to time.

Buying a house that is not generating income for you ,automatically become liability ,how?
You will keep spending money to ensure the house is been maintain, which is facility management, government tax on land use, security levy, waste bin levy etc.

That means you have to source for the money ,to pay all these bills on that property keep generating , which become liability to the owner instead of generating income.

HOW DO YOU CONVERT YOUR PROPERTY TO ASSETS INSTEAD OF LIABILITY
What is ASSETS ?
Assets is anything that that help to generate flow of income.

When you have property which does not generate income, that property can be converted to an assets instead of liability by converting it to commercial purposes which include the following ways.
1)For rental purpose
2)For lease
3)For AnB
4)For short let
Through list of ways stated above , you can convert your property to asset that keep generating income for you .
If you have a building that is liability , you can convert it to assets and instead of focusing on getting liability as an property, pls focus on property as an assets

Please STOP RIGHT THERE!

So you mean everybody in the world and every house or house in the world has to be used for commercial purpose to justify financially, the reason of owning one?

It's not every single asset that must generate income year on year. The mere ownership or existence some asset is an investment in its self. The cost you buy it in year X without using it for year on year commercial activities doesn't mean in Year Y when you sell it, you won't experience an increase in the financial value.

Even the AirBnB and Short Let and Lease and Rental purposes you are encouraging people to get involved in comes with HEFTY EXPENDITURES, INCREASES WEAR & TEAR requiring more than normal maintenance. Govt tax and fees change when your property is designated as commercial.

I am not against you promoting your services to people that want to ruin their properties quickly, but please don't gaslight people with all the statements you made in your post that are erroneous and misleading, all in the name of pushing people to use your services.

Advertise normally, you clients will come. Don't hoodwink people.

when the house you bought and you are not using it for commercial purpose, you will spend money to be maintaining the house.
As that period , that is liability, because you will source for money to be maintaining the house.
when such house is now been used for commercial purpose , it start to generate income and from the income generated ,part of the money is use to maintain the house which is an asset.

my point is simple , encouragement for people to buy house for commercial purpose .
My question for you, MR A is encouraging people to buy house for commercial purpose which an ASSET and he or she buy about 5 different houses that is generating income and the others are encourage to buy houses that they are not using to generate income ,which become liability, maintenance on that house , the house have to source the money to ensure the property is maintained.

you are not the writer , if you don't understand ask questions .
My write is encouragement for people to buy more properties to create cash flow ,it is never a discouragement .

it is you that don't understand the write up.

Do you know many people that have houses and yet they keep saying , they don't have money , if they want to maintain the house , they will look or money ,that is liability there , immediately they use part of the house for commercial purpose ,they start generating income which is asset.
when a house owner is seeing cash flow from a house then if he or she have money ,they will be encourage to buy more, friends and family will be encourage to buy more because they know it cash flow for them .

My write up is not a discouragement but encouragement for investment into commercial real estate
