ASATU Youth National President, Ken Marks 45th Birthday, Calls For Collaboration To Tackle Youth Restiveness In Anambra.

The National President of Anambra State Association Of Town Union, Comrade Ken Okoli has celebrated the event of his 45th Birthday in Awka.

The event which featured cutting of the birthday cake, special song presentation, dance, and commendations attracted family members, friends associates, ASATU Youth members and men of reputable profile.

Speaking at the event, the chairman of the occasion who is also the member representing Awka North constituency in the state house of assembly, Hon. Chimezie Ikwunne while extending his good wishes, thank God for the life of the ASATU Youth leader whom he described as exemplary leader who is dedicated and committed towards the betterment of the youth in Anambra.

He advised Comrade Ken to always give listening ears to the youths and never to relent in his tireless efforts in empowering the youth, fostering unity, and driving positive change and values in communities.

Hon Chimezie went further to commend Governor Soludo on his reforms noting that Anambra is evidently witnessing a paradigm shift from the usual and applauded his enviable tactics in tackling the security challenges and bringing it to barless minimal creating of an enabling environment life and businesses to strive peaceful.

He affirmed that the 8th assembly will work in synergy with other arms of government to bring about the much needed and expected change and development and urge Ndi Anambra to continue to support the present administration and contribute their own quota in building a live, prosperous homeland.

Contributing, the AA to the Chairman Post Primary And Secondary School Commission (PPSSC), Ms Anuli Adibe expressed her gratitude to the ASATU Youth President for his exceptional service and selfless contributions to the ASATU-YOUTH body. She described his dedication to creating a supportive environment for the youth to thrive in the state as one which is second to none in the history of Anambra.

On his part, Barr Augustine Ezenwankwo commended the efforts of the ASATU Youth leader in piloting the affairs of the association. He described Comrade Ken as a visionary and passionate gentle man who has alot to impact to the society, noting that he possesses the right qualities to lead.

He went ahead to advise the Youth leader to key into the vision of amiable governor, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo in sustaining the transformation and developmental agenda of the present administration.

In his remarks, the ASATU Youth President, Comr. Ken Okoli stated that the celebration offered him the to opportunity to reflect on milestone life journey. appreciated his guest for their time and support. He appraised his plans to take the lead in shaping a brighter future for Youths in Anambra State.

"I intend to take a holistic approach in engaging the leadership of youth in all 179 communities in Anambra to paved way for growth, development, by creating opportunities for the youths to strive in all aspects of governmence and life, he said."

Comrade Ken went further to commended Prof. Chukwuma Soludo for running a youth inclusive government and called for more robust collaboration and support to maximize youth potentials to move the state forward.
