Hello nairalanders. I am Samuel by name. An Accountant who just lost his job.

I was paying for half plot of land at Ifo area of sango ota with a reputable real estate firm.

I have paid #360,000 out of 500,000 for the half plot but I just lost my job.

I need someone who needs half plot of land to pay up the remaining balance of #140,000 to the real estate company and all other receipts , title documents will be handed over to the person.

However, the person will pay me back 310,000 ONLY instead of the 360k I have paid so far, here, I AM REDUCING #50,000 from the 360k I have paid so far. As I JUST LOST MY JOB.



I need the money to stand back on my feet.
