3. Do you have payment plans?
Yes we have up to 3-6month payment plan.

4. What’s the minimum initial deposit to make for any projects?
The minimum initial deposit is N1m and the balance can be spread over a period of 3-6months.

5. What facilities do you have in your projects?
We have facilities like car park, prepaid meter and security.

6. What is the construction stage of your long lease project ?
We have project in different construction phases ( foundation, 1st floor, 2nd floor and so on) and we also have some completed projects.

7. What location on the mainland do you have long lease projects?
We have projects in yaba, surulere, Maryland, Gbagada and Lekki phase 1.

8. Advice me what can I use a lease apartment for?
You can live in your lease apartment, this would make you have enough savings over the years instead of paying house rent yearly, or you can rent it out and make your yearly income or shortlet where you make your monthly income.

9. What happen after the lease year expires?
The property goes back to the owner.
