The jibe aside, we deserve a leader who understands the interests of the people come first. His speech, from the onset, was full of encouragement and vision. God bless His Excellency, Peter Gregory Obi and all lovers of honesty.

I almost want to weep for Nigeria! They see a good man like Peter Obi, who has the passion, energy and desire to pull Nigeria out of the doldrums, but they sit by and allow a questionable, divisive and power-hungry character like Tinubu to collude with his northern hegemonic allies and rig himself into office! Nigeria has been shooting itself in the foot for the most part of its 'independence', yet it expects things to get better!

Nigeria would have been well on its way to socio-economic advancement by now if only its citizens of good conscience stood up for justice, fairness and equity instead of either sitting on the fence and allowing a bunch of crooks to run things, or deciding to place their good conscience in the cooler and join in on the corrupt feeding frenzy!
