I just have one question....

Will Assembly members from the east also get the palliative. Considering the fact that SE did not vote for APC.

All those tribalistic warlords should come and answer me

Yeah, they have started to share the subsidy money among themselves already. Good thing is hunger doesn't differentiate tribes or parties. Let's roll together 😉

Falana is making a fool of himself. As a renown lawyer he should learn to check his facts before rushing to comment. The N70b is not allowances and it is for renovation of the National Assembly.

And are still asking for palliatives.
maasoap:
That's why I laugh at mumus supporting fuel subsidy removal for the masses. Whatever amount they successfully divert away from the masses will one way or another ends in their pockets.
I mean, why should an oil producing nation not enjoying fuel (kerosine, diesel and petrol) subsidies? First of its kind among all the oil producing countries!
Now, people with personal cars can't go to work in it. And the people who removed subsidy are still getting fuels free of charge or paying for it with our common resources. grin grin grin

Until corrupt leaders are eliminated, this country can never have peace.

They all know that with PO, loopholes for stealing will forever be blocked.

They allocated 500 billion as palliatives to poor people totaling 120 million, while taking out 70 billion for themselves.

Who will you blame if not the same poor people. They are not tired yet of their situation and so politicians take advantage. As you collect pittances to sell your rights to them, be ever ready to suffer.

Again one wonders the rationale behind giving 8,000 naira to the so called poor for six months. It was a failed project under Buhari and there is no evidence that it can work.

The sum of 500 billion can actually purchase thousands of buses that can be distributed to states to ease transportation challenges. The various states governments can then subsidize transport costs for that same period of six months to ensure stability.

Fertilizers should be provided and farmers encouraged, while the issue of security is dealt with. Roads must be constructed in the hinterlands to ensure evacuation of products more safely and faster from farms.

Nigerians on their own must rise up against corrupt leaders, using their PVCs to remove them. Nigerians must reject the system of corruption that politicians thrive on to steal the common patrimony.

I don't know when you guys will wake up to reality.

What as these got to do with "ronu", 10th NASS is saturated with undisputed choices of the people and moreover it comprises various party .. have Pdp and Lp senators done anything to show they are not in support of the looting spree undecided

At any negative news children of hate jump out and make it look as if with Peter Obi corruption would have varnish, ... but from Buhari vs Saraki 8th Nass we witnessed does naive lightweight politician from a 3rd roll region like OBI have the tact, sagacity, doggedness & ruggidity to take the NASS down

Peter Obi that was impeached easily as governor if not for court, how will such weakling character fare among the hyenas at the national level or he go dey carry every matter go court?

Nigerians did not choose Peter Obi and there is no regret about that.
