We are well prepare for una when we are done with you all then we will face Bode George,Macaroni, Falz and Iyabo Ojo and Okupe.

You think is on this alone? Na na na you missed ut bo.

In 1966, Britain, France and Russia, alongside the whole Western and Northern Nigeria fought against the igbos.

If Britain, European Union, Middle belts and Atiku's North will help Tinubu to fight igbos, no wahala.

But if na Only Yorubas??

I reserve my comment grin

Your analysis has nailed it spot on! Aside the fat that the interpretation of the requirement of 25% in FCT is deliberately mispresented by Obidients, in reality it does not make sense that the indigenous populace of FCT most of whom constitute the bulk of the voters there ( even politicians go back to their constituency to vote) are superior to any voters from other parts of the country. If anyone knows of any other country where a similar law is in place can they kindly educate us

Iamgrey5:
In my years alive, I have never seen a more brainwashed set of people than the supporters of labour party.

Firstly, the problem been referred to here is the likely pandemonium the 25% in Abuja debate if ratified by the Court will create for future Elections.

> It will elevate Abuja voters above all other states in Nigeria.

> It will go against the constitution of Nigeria that states all votes cast in Nigeria are equal because it will mean casting your votes in Abuja is more important than casting it in Akure, Onisha or Kano.

Secondly, a runoff doesn't itself guarantee that the winner of the runoff will still get the 25% requirement in Abuja. So will we simply continue to go for runoffs until the winning candidate get 25% in Abuja even if he gets 25% in all the 36 states of the federation.

Furthermore, this will put a weird spotlight on the democraphics of Abuja in future Elections which might create an ugly situation. Politicians might just import people from other states to make up the 25% in Abuja which might create an unwanted national debate in the future. Tribes will begin to fight over who should be allowed to vote in Abuja etc.

In conclusion, Tinubu's lawyer in his final written argument to the judges is only pushing his legal points with real life likely scenarios that might come out of the judgement.

Lol. Everyone who points out their foolishness is an obidient. In their shallow mind, every Nigerian that voted in the last election voted for either Tinubu or Obi. I wonder if it was Chadians that voted for Atiku. Useless idiots.

If you like wail from now till eternity; The law is the law. If the law says you must get 25% in FCT before you can be declared a president, so shall it be. If Nigerians do not like the law, they can tell their national assembly Representatives to change it, but for now, it is the law.

As long as Atiku's North, Plateau, Benue and Edo people won't fight against Igbos, omo a Billion Yoruba people can't withstand igbos.

So you people should not provoke igbos to avoid mutual avoidable massacre.

What you need to understand is that Abuja is the seat of power, if votes are the same then any candidate that gets highest number of votes wins. no need for 25% in 2/3 of the States. Besides, why was the word "including FCT" not used, why "AND FCT"? that means that FCT is a must.
Think before you type, you can manipulate votes easily in any other state but you can't manipulate that of Abuja easily. States have Governors that write results even before the voting starts but Abuja has no Governor.

Abuja should be used as the yardstick for every state.

Your submission lacks reasoning , Abuja can never and will never decide election in Nigeria.
When the constitution says 25% in 2/3 , that is 36 states and Abuja , it means Abuja inclusive.
When there is any talk about Nigeria states, you will always see and Abuja. That is inclusiveness of Abuja with other states. There is no where in the world democracy that will say you must win a particular place to become a president.

Nullifying or not won't stop all these from happening in Abuja now that this issue is occurring. But like we experienced in Lagos, the KKK states and Rivers State which are the biggest players in our elections, if the people reject you, they've rejected you.

The Abuja issue is just an indication of what happened across the country.
