Buhari was the Minister of Petroleum for 8 year's, and the country spent trillions on the repairs and maintenance of our refinery's annually.
For this 8 wasted years non of the refinery's worked under the watch of Buhari.

Under Buhari's watch, NNPC had the worst ever remittance to the federation account.
How did the Ministry of petroleum and NNPC spent their annual budget for 8 year's?

Buhari must tell Nigerians how he ruined the Ministry of petroleum.
