Political class must read the writing on the wall, this is not a time for greed and gluttony, we must utilize funds on areas where it's most needed, in terms of scale of preference and necessity. State governors and Ministers must stop thinking of looting public funds but should understand that politics has gone past that stage, our judiciary and national assembly must enact laws with stiffer offences for public sector embezzlement or stealing by political appointees, elected representatives as well as Ministers. Breach of public trust and stealing of public funds must carry stiff punishment, this is the only way. All funds are needed to immediately invest into mass transit public transportation, and investing in taxis for people to move around, government must utilize electric and solar mass transportation system, use public funds to make life easy for the people. Government must structure welfare and subsidy in a way that it affects the common man directly.

This is not time for shallow mindedness and myopic greed, save your people, stand by the public trust given to you by your people, this transition period is critical. Read the times!

For indeed, the essence of government, as in political office holders, in power, us to harness the resources of the nation, and mobilize revenue, and cater for the security and wellbeing of the citizenry. Government's job is to take care of the people, with national revenue via various forms. I believe and pray, I know our new president is a visionary, let us support him, and give him time, it takes take for visions and policies to implement, although some can be implemented quickly, like the mass transit buses, supplying grains and seedlings to farmers and markets(from our strategic reserves), and further boosts these reserves by investing in agriculture, for food security and affordability... to boost good supply to reduce price. Security is very important,.we must endeavor to tackle terrorists to a final victory, to give our farmers the confidence to come back to our farms.
