NIGERIA YOUTH PARLIAMENT TO HOST "NIGERIA - BURUNDI - GAMBIA" YOUTH CONVERSATION.


The Nigerian Youth Parliament (NYP) The legislative body representing over seventy million Nigerian youths across the six geo-political zones with the guidance of the National Assembly of Nigeria and the oversight of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports
will host a high powered international Youth Conversation on Sunday 30th July 2023.



*In a statement made by Amb. Timothy Nwachukwu LLB, The Director of Communication and Strategy, Office of The Speaker, Nigeria Youth Parliament and the Special Assistant on Media to Nigeria's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Burundi, The International Youth Conversation which will be a series from the office of the Director of Communication and Strategy aims to create a platform to empower youths from Nigeria, Burundi and The Gambia to become effective leaders, responsible citizens, and agents of positive change.*


The Virtual Summit which has its theme as "Harnessing The Potentials of African Youths For Continental Greatness" will have arrays of *Speakers namely Dr. Azeezat Yishawu, Speaker, Nigeria Youth Parliament, Dr. Desire Manirakiza, The National Coordinator of the Program for Economic Empowerment and Youth Employment (PAEEJ), Mr. Shingiro Aimé Christophe, Head of Cooperation and Resources Mobilization (PAEEJ) Mr. Samba Jaiteh Founder, Foundation For the Civic Rights of Persons with Disabilities, The Gambia,
Michael onyemaechi Agbo,
Data analyst at institute of human virology Nigeria and Amb. Timothy Nwachukwu The Convener.


The International Conversation is slated for Sunday 30th July 2023 by 11am on Twitter Spaces with participants drawn from the Nigeria Youth Parliament and other youth based organisations in Nigeria, Burundi and The Gambia, After which The Nigeria Youth Parliament will be hosted to a high powered and high profile youth summit by The National Coordinator of the Program for Economic Empowerment and Youth Employment (PAEEJ) in Bujumbura, Burundi, East Africa later in the year.
