There is difference between the whole Lagos and Lekki itself. No one claimed no one died in Endsars coz we use our eyes see how police killed people in Mushin and etc. some policemen even died too. What the government is saying is that in Lekki that night, there is no massacre anywhere. The judicial panel of inquiry was only on Lekki and that was what is in the white paper. 1 Like
