They changed my usdt wallet address without my knowledge. After sending funds to the original address i always had with me and got wondering why my usd has not reflected. Lo and behold, i checked and they changed the wallet without letting me know.

Now i've asking them to rectify this for me since july 18th. I've given them all they requested but these guys are ghosting me. Which kind customer service be this? I'm beginning to feel disappointment ooo, Cardify!

Top of the day to you. There was a notice with regards to out phasing the former wallet addresses, however, we understand you must have saved the former address and probably didn't get the memo. Kindly send a message to support@cardify.co with the id THDY67687867 stating the issue again, I'm certain it'll be resolved immediately. Best regards and thanks for using Cardify.
