Al-Hilal have offered PSG and Mbappe a world-record deal that will be impossible to refuse

Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have registered a ludicrous offer for Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe, hoping to solve the French superstar’s current transfer debacle.

Mbappe has been left in limbo and out of the PSG team that went on tour to Japan as part of pre-season preparations, and he has been earmarked for a sale this summer.

Despite the France international’s insistence that he wants to continue at the club, PSG are keen on selling their star forward this summer as they fear losing him on a free transfer at the end of the 2023/24 season.

Mbappe’s biggest admirers, Real Madrid, are insistent that they will not make a bid for the Frenchman this season as they look to sign him for free next season, leading to an impasse between PSG and their vice-captain.

Al-Hilal make outrageous offer for Mbappe
Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal appear to have found the perfect solution for all three parties and are willing to offer PSG and Mbappe an outrageous amount of money to sign him for only one season, after which he will be free to sign for Real Madrid.

Al-Hilal have reportedly offered €300 million to PSG for Mbappe’s signature while offering the French national team captain a salary of €700 million in order to tempt him away from Paris.

PSG had requested as little as €100 million from clubs interested in signing Mbappe after transfer-listing the player, but it is still unclear whether they or Mbappe will accept the terms offered by Al-Hilal.

A deal worth €300m for Mbappe would shatter the current world-record fee paid for a footballer, which is currently held by teammate Neymar thanks to the Brazilian's €222 million transfer from Barcelona.
