In line with the innovative governance promised by PBAT, the following are proposed:

1. Ministry of Works and Housing
Split into,
- Ministry of Works - focusing on federal roads and highways.
- Ministry of Housings -...
...restructure and heavily financed to jump-start economic growth.

2. Ministry of Transportation
Split into,
- Ministry of Railways & Rail Transport
- Ministry of Waterways & Marine Transportation – in charge of ports, navigable rivers. Note that inland waterways are...

3. Ministry of Education
Split into,

We're complaining about cost of Governance and Tinubu is balkanizing one ministry into three, implication of which is going to be an increase in the total number of ministers compared to what was obtainable under Buhari. Consequent upon this, he'll need to make provisions for structural offices and staff for all new ministries, thereby bloating the already excessive resources being pumped into governance.

This is an unpleasant level of wickedness!

This argument is a no-brainer guy.
What is the essence of splitting the ministry of works and housing into two? What is so complicated about handling construction and maintenance of roads and railways that the same minister cannot be made to take up the responsibility of federal housing schemes?

If one man can handle the affairs of administering governance as the President of Nigeria, why do you need two men to handle what should essentially be one ministry? If you appoint ministers based on competence, efficiency and merit, you won't need to worry about service delivery.

We both know this is just a way to create more room to accommodate all the cronies of the President in the governmental circles. This has nothing to do with any stupid efficiency.

It is about junior ministers and substantive ministers fighting over turfs......! might as well make the bloated cabinet more efficient in their "bloatedness"...Nigeria sef!

If there is need to split Ministries and give them a focused and clear mandate for effective Management / service delivery, so be it.

Why not wait for the formal appointments before concluding

I'm suspecting the ministry of state portfolio will be scrapped and replaced with new effective ministerial portfolios

As I stated let's wait for the list before concluding

It will be same number of ministers, just dat dis time. Dia will be no Min of States. Also since we have tried the merging of some ministries into one, but yielded no positive way. Is time to unbundle them for maximum performance.

That’s not correct. Sometimes, you split these ministries to give urgent priority where needed.

If they are merged and become too big, u might get inefficiencies.

Education for instance needs urgent revival, from primary to tertiary.

The people will first start spending budgets to print new ministry logos, documents, creating awareness, websites, training, furnishing office, etc etc ..before the staff actually know what they are actually doing.some files will get missing with moving here and there

Cut cost of governance, to reduce borrowing to fund budgets, overhead costs in these politically proliferated ministries, they said no. They are now freeing subsidy monies to fund their bogous lifestyles while the common man continue to bear the brunt of their clueless and irresponsible leadership.
