As you know that the inner informs the outer. Events are a stream of thoughts. Your current circumstances are a combination of thoughts and outer conditions and actions of others which are intimately related to your own mental needs and development.

You cannot alter external things to suit your passing whims and wishes but you can alter your state of mind, thought and attitude to get the best.

Let's leave all the philosophical talk and bring it down to terms we are familiar with. What I am simply saying is that your state of mind regarding the ICAN exams will determine the result you will get.
