CodeTemplar:Of what importance are pastors if I may ask How does preying on gullible minds to enrich themselves translate to pastors being important If we had a holistic healthcare system where people are properly treated of sicknesses of both minds and bodies, we won't have any need for pastors in the society. Meanwhile, I'll not support these clownish set of physicians we have in Nigeria because of their parochial attitudes of fighting other professionals in the health sector unnecessarily, instead of working towards a functional and all-round healthcare system that can compete with the rest of the world. They don't know how daft they appear when they leave the core aspects of medicine to start dragging spaces with Pharmacists, nurses, lab scientists etc when Nigeria can not boast of sufficient specialists in several specialty areas of medicine. Until they face core medical practice and stop fighting other healthcare professionals, may they continue to suffer in Nigeria! |

The speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas, had recently met with the doctors' union in Abuja, urging them to suspend their planned strike and allow for more negotiations. However, the doctors' union has stated that they can no longer trust the government, indicating a breakdown of trust in the negotiation process. In June, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu also had a meeting with the leadership of the union and promised to resolve all areas of trade dispute with the resident doctors. However, it appears that the doctors' union is still unsatisfied with the progress and is now pressing for their demands to be addressed immediately on facebook video download online. The situation highlights the importance of effective communication and trust-building between the government and essential service providers like doctors. Negotiating fair and timely resolutions to the demands of healthcare professionals is crucial to ensuring the continued functioning of healthcare services and the well-being of the public. As this situation unfolds, it will be essential for all parties involved to engage in open dialogue and find a mutually beneficial resolution to prevent disruptions to healthcare services and address the concerns of the doctors' union. |

Alliswell248:Lemme tell you a short story...!! During Fela Kuti's era, things was quite cheap then, but Nigeria was bad...Then came; -Tony Tetula with "e go better" -African China with "Mr. President and government bad" -Sunny Okosun with "which way Nigeria" -Eldris Abdulkarim with "Nigeria jaga jaga" -Blackface with "Hard life" etc...!! All this veteran artists made a household name for themselves with the situation of Nigeria and how bad it was. But guess what, the same set of people that ruled and looted them are currently ruling you and by the time they are done, their spoilt brats will rule over you and you will still sit there to tell me Nigeria will be better, this time around with your grey hairs...!! You better open your eyes and see the bigger picture, Nigeria can only get better for you and I individually and not collectively, because everybody is after their own pocket... Go into the streets and interview some Nigerians and see how their mentality has degraded over the years, you will notice one thing in common, an average Nigerian is a dormant criminal waiting for an opportunity that will trigger, ignite and activate that criminal behaviour. They are only wishing to be President or to hold one influential post for just a day so they can loot their own share and nothing more. According to Dino (2020), the number of Nigerians that are waiting to steal is greater than those that are currently stealing. And you can agree with me that we are the products of our leaders!! So whenever I hear that slogan "Nigeria will be better someday" I just nod my head and move along because such person will surely grow grey hairs waiting for such moment. |

Kukutente23: The 1tr gap is money gotten from both ending the fuel subsidy and the unification of the rates (at the least, seriously closing the gap). The money isn't audio Yes, you got it 1,000% right. It would lead to the strengthening of the Naira. This is deflationary. Yes, it will whittle down the so called trillions but not to the extent you mentioned. If the Naira becomes too strong, the CBN will start reducing interest rates until the Naira reaches a competitive level. The primary goal of the policy is to fight inflation and reduce the high interest rates plaguing the economy for decades. If it works according to plan, interest rates should hit single digits. 1 Like |
