The Senate is higher than the court?

Who is your government teacher?

Dont Mind them

That's the typical way Niggers think...

They are quick to open their Kili shili mouth to talk what they dont even know..

How can they then obey court order.

DSS fighting NCS with some toyish guns in public.... breaking into and out of court houses...

NO SHAME.

Balla BULLU motorcade traveling without much organization 80 cars on quack road. When the convoy stops everyone comes out and starts to command and point and its chaos.

In fact, Lord Laggard if he could come back and colonize these folks he called their forefathers foolish and full of vanity, he would simply refuse and also go and sit at home...

On what grounds is the thieving senate rejecting the motion?
Re: Senate Rejects Motion To Release Nnamdi Kanu by ycat: 4:52am On Jul 27, 2023
Y'all really believe that president Tinubu is one of those push over Yoruba. You are scared of the Senate so you want to pass it through a supposedly "yes man" and put it on president Tinubu because you think he's a weakling. What makes you think the Senate has authority to make the executive branch do anything? On a good day, the Senate can pass all the laws they want but president Tinubu has no obligation to sign any of them, assuming you are in "democracy."
Depriest2020:
He could have simply moved a motion to compel the executive (government) to release him since the judicially has granted him bail.

The sinators don’t know their role or responsibility.

Truly they are probably being told what to do by a Deep State or Cabal because those Senators usually dont dabble in anything serious…

The nation is being controlled by a secret society….

Senate would only reject this motion just because they don't want to go against FG decision to have MNK continue in detention.

Maybe judiciary should be scraped in this Shithole country cos some people are above the law.

How on earth FG repeatedly disobey court order ?

You igbos are so used to free money, you now want to be spoonfed everything.

Why should govt initiate everything? Have you done referendum in igboland? where is the copy of the letter you sent to the Nigeria govt, regions of Nigeria, Hague, UN, US, EU and others on leaving for Biafra? You are just making noise, you don't really want Biafra. If you send letters to these people and put some of the work in, all the people of the world will support you and you will find Yoruba leading the charge.

Hey! I thinkI know you!

First of all the president govt has nothing to do with Nnamdi Kanu, president Tinubu is busy with what he was elected for and working on building his own economy. He has no time for a terrorist who has been through court and already serving his time. All the president Tinubu can do is courtesy release him into Biafra, he can't release him into Nigeria for him to continue to terrorize our people. So what igbos should be doing now is to work on getting biafra like their lives depend on it.

where's supreme Court ruling on Kanu issue ist?? By the way supreme Court is the final court that can rule on constitutional mater's and legal issue and Senate can't overule her

The Senate overrules the Supreme Court by updating or changing the Law or giving an order like in this case where it has given an order not to release Kanu

The Supreme Court can't overule it

Kanu's case has been settled

How can you release the head of a terrorist organization and keep other criminals in prison?
You might as well release all other criminals in the Nigerian prison system.
What sort of foolish and delusional warped logic is that?

Alex Bells you are more intelligent than this

There is no Court that can rule against the Senate Order not to release Kanu

It is as good as a Law from the highest Law making body of the Land
Yes the Senate makes law but not for one man and even the power to make law doesn't absolve the senate from making trouble, the Senate still has procedure to make laws, let that procedure be followed or the judgement ought to follow standing laws, laws are not made that way, that's the Senate breaking it's own law
