Am disappointed because you're disappointed in this list. What were you expecting before?

That a crook can give you good governance?

Wake up.

Who among the list is truly independent technocrat that hasn't been feeding on political positions and politicians before now?

First, what is your definition of technocrat? Then tell me why Dave Umahi do not qualify as a technocrat for example.

Secondly, Tinubu is now in the Federal space, he cannot just go ahead and pick someone out of the blues like he will do in Lagos. As a president, you factor in a lot of things when selecting ministers.

First, you need a mix of politicians and technocrat to balance the game. While Dave Umahi was sacrificing everything, running around campaigns, investing, where are those independent technocrats then? So suddenly you just want them to now eat the cake while sidelining the rest?

One reason why Nigeria never make process is that people lie to themselves. Outside power, they have all the solutions but inside power reality kicks in.

You can be a politician and a technocrat at the same time. You have technocrat politicians like Umahi and non-technocrat politicians like Buhari.

Yinmu!

Na Jagaban you dey take play?

Some of those will not make it through Senate, giving him more time past the deadline to pick the real team.

Did you forget he picked Ibrahim Masari as VP to beat INEC deadline, and then updated with Shettima later?

Una too dey underestimate Jagaban. I sabi read the man like book. grin

Nigeria and English. What is a technocrat?

Can Prof. Ali Pate be said to be a technocrat, yes or no?

Will Wike be able to head a ministry and perform spectacular, yea or no? What is Wike achievement as Rivers state governor? Did he perform or not?

Lateef Fagbemi for example, is he qualified in his field as a lawyer? How many lawyers in Nigeria can best him ? In the sense of technocrats, is he qualified as a technocrat?

Below is another nominee biography. Based on his profile, is he not a technocrat?

Arch. Ahmed Dangiwa

Before taking over as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, Dangiwa, an architect, had been managing partner of AM Design Consults, an architectural and real estate development consultancy firm, since 1996.

Dangiwa had his first and second degrees in architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he also earned an MBA. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Wharton University Pennsylvania, U.S.A. and has attended numerous training courses.

Racoon:
Happy for Prof Pate. He is a thorough bred. Kudos to Tinubu for that but he is still seating on a fraudulent electoral mandate. Thank goodness former Atiku Badaru and Gandollar didn't enter that list.
